Our order was sent out with the incorrect embroidery color for our logo. Shaoxing Yeemo Trading Co., Ltd. offered us a $100 refund which frankly, was insulting. We asked for half of the cost of the towels as a refund, which is fair. The sales person did all he could to resolve issues, but the management would not budge. This had to be escalated to mediation with Alibaba. After several months it was finally resolved. The Alibaba Trade Assurance was such a gift. They made sure we received the refund requested. We do not recommend using this company. We are stuck with 200 towels with the wrong logo color and the residue of all the headaches this caused.
